Agent won't run in email database

I have written an email agent that runs "After New Mail Has Arrived." I
added it to the mail template and propogated it out, but it will only
run for me and other admin people, not normal users. What do I have to
change to get this to work?

If you're using R5, try running it "before new mail has
arrived."

If you're using R4, you may be stuck.

Have you set the security in the server document to allow other user to
run agents?
