I have written an agent that sends out email to our customers. I have
the "SendTo" field populated by the Customer Service Rep for the
particular customer, so that if the customer replies to it, the reply
will go to the customer service rep.

But what about delivery failures? If the email address is bad (like
there is no DNS entry) I want the delivery failure to go back to the
Customer Service Rep as well; then they can call and get an email
address, and resend. But I am getting them back, and I don't want them.
How can I tell Notes that delivery failures should also go to the
SendTo field?

Thanks

Do you mean the message 1st goes to the CSR who then puts the custaddress
into the sendto field? if not then perhaps the csr address should go in a
replyto field or a from field?

You can accomplish this by adding a field called Principal to the form and set the value to the e-mail address to receive replys.

No. The agent just sends out the email. What I want is that anybody
replying to the email will reply to the CSR's address, not mine. I just
ran the agent for the first time, and sure enough, the replies I get
are to my email address.

I have set the Principal field, but perhaps I should also set the
ReplyTo field?
