Hi,

I have built a mail database for our customer service department. They
want to an agent to send out emails from this database everynight, and
they of course want the return field to be to this database. But
everytime it runs, it has my email address as the return address.

How do I fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Bryan

The reason that your email address is the return address is because you
signed/modified the agent last. You might try saving the agent with an Id
called "Customer Service". Then the sent email would be from
Customer...@yourdomainname.com.

When you construct the email, add a field called "Principal" and set it's value to whatever you
would like the message to appear to be from. Internally, the "From" field will still have your ID,
but to the recipient, it will appear to come from whatever you put in "Principal"
