Recently I helped our Notes Admin people set up a new user. He has a
laptop and is out away from here. Whenever he sends an email, MY name
appears in the PRINCIPAL field and thus when someone else replies, I
get the email. I have checked everything I know to check, but can't
figure out why this is occuring.

Where does the Principal field come from.
