'Sent' folder view shows all documents, not just sent items

Hi there,

I am running Notes v5, and have noticed that my Sent folder shows all
documents, not just those that I have written and Sent. Basically, my
Sent view looks exactly like my All Documents view.

This is frustrating when I want to sort through and just see what it
is that I have written.

Is there a setting I can change to ensure that the Sent view shows
only emails I have written?

Hi -

Sorry, not actually sure what that means. How would I replace the
design of my mail file? Is that something I can do from the front-end
application, or do I need to do something tricky from the back?

Open your email, then click "File - Database - Replace Design".
Search for the "Mail (R5.0)" template, then click "Replace". This
will refresh the design of your mail file based on what is in the
standard "template" for all R5 mail files.
