My company uses a spam filter service, which by all accounts is pretty good.
However my boss, the president, still receives about 5 to 10 spam messages a
day which
get through. Not bad considering he used to get 50 to 100 or more each day.
The problem is that the service wants the original headers sent to its
"abuse" department to add them to the filter. He feels that using the "show
source" copy/paste function is too involved for him to comply. Forwarding
the email removes the original headers so that option is not viable.
Copying the emails as an attachment also takes too much of his time. What
he is looking for is a "Button" he can click either after selecting all spam
messages or individual messages, which would open each selected message/s
copy the header/s and body of the message/s paste them into a new email,
address the email to "abuse", send it, then delete the original messages.
Anyone got something like this already?
