Keeping Notes mail file while migrating

I am moving jobs to a new company which uses Outlook rather than
Notes. I would like to keep my lotus notes mail file as it contains
3+ years of emails, contacts, etc. I have moved my mail file and .id
file to my new machine.

Are there any programs / free downloads / etc, available which would
allow me to simply open my old mail file to read message and access
attachments? Is it possible to do within Outlook? Ideally I'd love
to use a shell which looks the same as notes.
