Lotus Error: @commands and other UI functions are not allowed in this context

I am having this error popped up every time the form is refreshed.
Astonishingly, the form opens up fine during document creation. After
a key value is entered, a lot of fields are being computed.
On using the F9 or save options to refresh data, the error pops up.

I am using DB lookup on a view to fetch data into the form. The
function and syntax are fine. I was using @command(viewrefreshfieds)
but I removed it after referring to postings in the group. Yet the
error keeps haunting me.

This happens with the 5.0.8 clients and if i run the app in the Rnext
Betas or Pre release clients, the forms works like a dream.
I have checked if I am using any future element (non 5.0.8 programming
facilities) and I am clean on that front. I have checked on all the
possible options from the postings here but none help.

Any more suggestions anyone ???
