"HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - The Address Book does not
contain a cross certificate capable of validating the public key."
What the heck does that mean, and how do I fix it?
P.S - I sure hope Lotus produces an ENGLISH language version of Notes
some day. All these wierd undocumented error messages are pathetic!

Joe,
I think this means that an agent running when your document is saved
is signed by a person who is not authorized to run agents
(unrestricted?) on that server.
Check the signature of the agent, and verify that the signer is
allowed to run agents on the Server document in the NAB.
Having fun?

Check the agents (probably the query save agent in this case) to see who
signed them. The agent signer must be permitted to run LS agents on the
server, and in most cases, must also be permitted as *at least* an editor
for the database. The simple answer is to have the db manager sign all the
agents, and then make sure s/he is authorized to execute them. This
appears especially to be an issue with the web and combined mail templates
where several individuals within Lotus/Iris appear to be signers. Seems to
me this should be well-documented and publicised, but it's not. Took me a
few hours to figure it out. Hard to believe no one else seems to have had
the problem. Maybe I'm just dumb.
Hope that helps.
