LotusScript has been classified as a Category 2. That means, it cannot be
used outside an INTRANET unless it comes from a trusted source and an
assured channel...which for most purposes, means it cannot be used for
INTERNET applications.
Unless the LotusScript is executed at the server.
I am an old Notes guy (up to 4.5), and have done very little with web
applications, so I don't really have any idea how this will all break down.
Would you please be so kind and post the DoD link?
Just have vague ideas at the moment (ENCAP2-MIME vulnerability?)

Hmmm. . . it seems to me that with an ECL you could ensure that Lotus
Script comes from a trusted source and an assured channel (that is the
point of digital signatures) -- assuming you are using a Notes client.
If you are using a web browser, Lotus script is executed on the server
(as browsers don't do Lotus script), so you should be alright there as
well. Contact your Lotus rep, they may have an answer for this.
