can anybody help me on this:
I would like to set up a form that stores information on persons and I
want to create an action that allows the user to access the adress-book
database and that fills the fields 'name' 'email-adress' etc. from the
form automatically based on the information from the address book.
Any help would be appreciated

What will be the difference between the new document and the
document in your address book? Adding new fields and
functionality to your address book is worth a try and will
eliminate the need to update contact information in more
than one place.
