I have installed my domino server, have a certifier name and password,
administrators name and password.
Now, when i try to recertify a user i have made, i get following error:
SERVER ERROR: File does not exist: nocturnus/caz certlog.nsf
I believe this is the logfile for the certifier? Is this file not created
upon installation of the server? Do i have to create this manually?

I'm just learning notes, so please go step by step.
Thanks,
Johan.

You'll have to create it manually use the Certification Log template from the
list ofadvanced templates on the server. You can call the DB what you like BUT
the file name must be certlog.nsf

Good Luck

Hi Johan,
not all Domino servers are for mail so and it's not standard practice to
have every server hold a certification log database.

To create one is quite simple :
one the work space press "<cntrl> n" and fill in the details required,
ensure that the name of the file is certlog.nsf, the template is
certlog.ntf.

Have fun,
Viper.
