Use the Lotus Notes MAP service provider with outlook to add the Lotus Notes
address book to your profile.

Then just copy and paste or drag and drop.

Buy a Palm Pilot
'HotSync' from Outlook to palm
Buy Lotus EasySync
'HotSync' from palm to Notes

Was easiest way I could find.

I was worried about converting my Outlook PST file into Lotus Notes NSF file format. However, I got immaculate user-friendly PST to NSF File Converter software through Google search that deals with converting overall data from Outlook emails client to Lotus Notes. The software very well supports all versions of MS Outlook and Windows platform. The software has got an interactive user interface that makes it very easy to operate the software.
