I am trying to migrate all the e-mails for a user from a outlook.pst to
a new Notes Mailfile. I have successfully managed to export the
contacts via a .csv into excel and imported them into a names.nsf.

However when trying to migrate the e-mails from the outlook.pst to a
new mailfile using the nupgrade.exe 3 command in Dos I get the
following message:
Error launching NMSXUPGD.EXE 3 - The System cannot find the file
specified.

I already had the Notes Admin tools installed including the migration
tools and even uninstalled and reinstalled. The necessary files are in
the C:\Program Files\Lotus\Notes but it just will not run - Any
thoughts???

Thanks in Advance

one of the "features" of nupgrade is that the target mail file (in
notes) needs to be in the notes\data directory and the file name should
start with "a_" - as if it were an archive.

Note: the directory may have to be notes\data\mail - I can't remember
exactly.

Cheers Jammin, I didn't see that in the TID, I will give it a try and
post back

Another thing you may want to verify is the mailfile mentionned in the
current location document will receive the imported information. You
should verify that the file actually exists.

This still hasn't resolved the issue, I have created a new mailfile on
the Notes Box and saved it locally in the c:\Lotus\Notes dir. But I am
still getting the same message.

@Michel Lesieur,

Michel, I have changed the location document to reflect the new .nsf.

Basically I don't need to have the mailfile in working operation, the
user would just like a seperate .nsf with her outlook mails in, there
are over 1.8Gb worth (2000+) I just need to have them in a .nsf for
uses reference as she already has a active mailfile on our Domino Box.
