It's not for all email messages but with some peaple it's always the case.

Hmm, sounds like connections point to each other.
Check your mail topology.
How is delivery of those people which are malfunctioning ? Is there
a scheme (all on the same server, all remote, e.g.) ?

The problem people probably have a forwarding address pointing back to
their mail file, which puts it into an infinite loop. If you can get
a copt of one of those messages it will tell you the servers it routed
through, it the only server is their mail server, that's most likely
your problem
