Hi,

One of our users does not appeat to have the out of office option in
his tools menu of his main database. The agent exists in his database
but we are unable to schedule it using the normal means. Our other
users seem ok.

We are using lotus notes 6.01CF1.

Thanks
Chandra

You could try to do a replace design of his mail database, select the
mail template and see if it fixes the problem.

Check the field "This mail file belongs to:" in the Preference. (Actions
-> Tools -> Preference). This field must be filled with the username.

Thanks very much for both replies, I tried both options (refreshing
the design and checking the "this mail file belongs to:" field) but
the out of office menu option is still missing.

Any other ideas?

Thanks
Chandra

I said to replace the design, not refresh. :-P
Maybe the database is using another template, then replacing the design
could fix the problem.
