Starting Web Retrieval Process?

Hi,

When trying to preview a form in a web browser, I get this
message:

"The WEB navigator Retrieval process is not running".

Where and how do I start the web navigator retrieval process?

At the server console type - "load web".

Thanks for that, seems to work.
But now I get an error message:

"You are not authorised to perform that operation."

Any ideas as to the most likely problem?

The Notes Web browser is trying to access the web retriever process
as your workstation name. One solution is to generate an ID for your
workstation's name in the Public Address Book (or so I have been told).
The way I fixed it was to login as a user other then Administrator under
NT. After I switched to a non-Administrator account it worked fine.
However the Web browser under Notes 4.5.4 was a real disappointment.
After I got it running I was sad in a way to see I spent so much time to
get so little. :(
