Occasionally, when a user tries to open an item, a D107
message is received. I gather this means that the
pointer exists in the userxxx.db but that the item
cannot be found in the msgxx.db. Does this happen when
the sender of the message deletes the message? If so,
why would the message be deleted if another user has a
pointer to it?
