Why is it when I try to save an image from the web, it saves as a
bitmap instead of .gif or .jpg? In fact .bmp is the only format
available in the 'save as type' drop down menu. I used to be able to
save as .gif and .jpg but not anymore. Can some one help me solve this
problem?
