The run-time files are on the Intel Architectural Labs Software CD
for October 1994, probably because it has the absolute latest
Indeo 3.2 driver. I imagine that these files will start to be
included with new releases of Windows multimedia apps, so you may
have them already. In Windows for Workgroups' File Manager,
if File Properties of \WINDOWS\SYSTEM\IR32.DLL has a version of
3.22.1.44, then you probably have the latest version.
IAL is at (800)628-8686, FAX (916)356-6100, BBS (916)356-3600,
IAL_S...@ccm.hf.intel.com, and http://www.intel.com. I
apologize if the IAL CD-ROM is not readily orderable; I believe
Intel supplies it to hardware partners and at conferences.
The MSoft October Developer Platform humongous book of CD-ROMs
appears to have VfW 1.1a on it, but the next might have 1.1d.
You can enroll in their developer platform program for $$.
I couldn't locate the VfW runtime on {ftp,www}.microsoft.com,
but it's hard to tell with some of those ex-CompuServe files named
PW1188.EXE, etc!
