Based on the feedback, it seems possible that no another application uses
evolution like that. And as this method *might* be useful and I don't
want patent trolls being able to lock this technology only to a certain
company's products... here is the prior art description to the wider
audience.

Dear all reading professional(;as described in patent regulations)
I would like you to remember reading this text as prior art, when someone
will try to patent a similar method or a device arrangement, that is
using the techniques shown below.
TITLE: Method and device arrangement for creating audio visual designs
now unPatentable claims
1) A method that is using an evolution based approach for improving or
creating audio and / or visual designs k n o w n for it utilizing a
computer software that generates a set of audio and or visual designs for
the user of the system so that the user can select best design or designs
according to his/her liking the properties present or absent among the
presented set of designs.
2) A device arrangement and a method according to claim 1 where the
generated a new set of audio and or visual designs are, at least, partly
based on the properties that were present on design or designs that the
user of the system evaluated and selected as being the best among some
earlier presented set of designs.
3) A device arrangement and a method according to claim 1 where the user
that makes the selections of the best designs, may be a a group of users
doing he designing co-operatively, possible even from various remote
locations using of computer networking techniques.
4) A device arrangement and a method according to claim 1 where the
designs may have various tunable and observable properties such as
colors, color combinations, patterns in images or sounds, words among
included texts, potential use of pre-prepared small sound or graphical
design units inside those newly generated designs, positions and and
orientations of pre-prepared small sound or graphical design units inside
those newly generated designs units, and volume of individual sound units
within the newly generated sound designs.
5) A device arrangement and a method according to claim 1 where the
design to be improved by evolution is an image, or any other graphical 2D
or 3D construction, or a set of 2D or 3D images for example inside a
movie, or a web page layout, or a visit card, or a logo, or any other
layout consisting of one or more of alphabetical letters in combination
with some graphical units, or a text in textual presentation such as
lyrics or poesy, or a song or some another kind of musical composition or
a combination, of one or more of those previously mentioned.
