and is known as pyramid selling because you are cheating people out of
money. It is not a lottery because there is not a registered company and
there are no defined and advertised prizes. As indicated the initial
outlay may seem small but to obtain the great returns someone else has to
contribute, therefore there needs to be an infinite number of contributors
for everyone to make money, not so. Only the first few make the money but
even then fraudulently.
