Aren't those prices kind of high? I know that in Moscow you can get every
CD ROM you named at the "Garbuska" market or at the kiosks near the
Kuznetski Most metro for the price of 60 rubles (that about $3 for all of
you not familiar with the exchange rate which is over 20 rubles to the
dollar).
If anyone is thinking about buying a CD ROM from Andrey, he is ripping you
off. 30% of the Russian population earns less than $30 per month. Andrey
is ready to haggle.
