What with all the growth in cgi, amid this evolution of new wave tech
animation, did Disney neglect it's traditional image ? By this i mean- the
evolution of Mickey Mouse,- either Mickey gets dragged into top end computer
graphics OR HE'S OUT !.
The disney exec have finally started to consolidate Disney identity by retro
releases, first of toy story, and later a new 'fur packed' redo of a disney
classic ' Alice in Wonderland'.
...but this just emphisises their neglect of MickeyMouse, who they treated
as a 'chairman' of disney,... what i am saying is, for a company that is
seen as the premier creative powerhouse of children's animation, the
creative neglect of their main character is a glaring creative
embarrassement.
Maybe Disney should initiate a' new 'Mickey Mouse character design contest'
using the internet, and let the public decide with their hearts, who the new
Mickeymouse should be...
No doubt the disney exec will get wind of this suggestion and we shall be
seeing an evolved Mickey soon, or maybe not ?

animation !, very similar to crossan ev's johney rat- who may not be awarded
a part at crossan ev studios after all, gee, disney sure are lookin' all
over for MICKEY MOUSE !
