Hi Group,
Using Window XP Pro
Using PhotoShop CS & 7.01
The question I have is,
Is there a plug or a way in PhotoShop I can do things to an image that COREL
PAINTER IX will do????
We have couple images and we like to give a painting effect to them.

Do a Google search for 'Photoshop tutorial "oil painting" ' Try the
Paint Daubs, Angled Strokes and perhaps Rough Pastels filters. You can
also use the Smudge tool...

You can approximate it, but the real answer is no. You can give a
painting effect but it will be like an effect in PS and nothing like
the quality of Painter.
