Desmond, you are only partially right.
E.g. Adobe Acrobat (full version) needs to be unregistered first. If you
don't unregister, you are not able to use the same license key in the
new install.
However I don't know how Adobe Prod Premium CS6 and Lightroom 4 behave
in this respect.
