ImageReady Slices across multiple files!?

I have 5 "grid" files done in Photoshop.
I need to slice them up for web display in ImageReady.
How can I get the exact same slice grid on all the files?

I can't do all the layers in one PSD file, and I can't figure out a way
to copy the slice grid from file to file, and it's impossible to
recreate the slices *exactly* the same across 5 files not to mention
what happens when we make a change!
