Hey -

I'm a real novice Photoshop user, but my first real project with it is
getting stymied because of my ignorance.

I have a Powerpoint slide with an image on it that I want to edit in
Photoshop. But I can't seem to save the bitmap (this is what I assume it
is) as a file, so I'm forced to copy and paste it into a New file in
Photoshop. But when I do that, the image looks much worse - i.e., it
looks like it's much lower resolution.

The Photoshop manual has an italicized note in it:

"Note: If you are using the system, not the Adobe Clipboard, this
technique resizes your image based on an image size of 96 dpi for
Windows..."

Is this why I am losing resolution? How do I use the "Adobe Clipboard?"
What is the "Adobe Clipboard?"

Or am I doing something else wrong.

TIA

Ben
