Dear colleagues!
I have a photo-portrait in electronic form imported to Photoshop.
I would like to transform the image to impart to it the features
of oil painting picture. Are there such means in Photoshop?
Where can I find such filters?

Yes, as a matter of fact you can buy Deep Paint from Right Hemispere, which
will act as a plugin for photoshop. It will provide tools and brushes for
painterly effects. Also, the program Painter is good for that sort of
technique. However, there is nothing entirely automatic, that produces any
particularly realistic painting effects.
