Kai's Power Tools 2.0

I'm sure I probably won't hear from anybody until it's too late to care; but
I'll give this a shot anyhow..
I just recently moved from Windows 3.11 to Windows 95 and I'm using Photoshop
3.0 (16 bit) When I was running windows 3.11, I installed my "Kai's Power
Tools 2.0" and had no problems.. but now (under 95) when I install it,
photoshop does not recognize these new plugins.. I've tried installing into
the suggested KPT directory and had photoshop's ini file set to reflect the
new plugin directory.. nothing.. I tried copying the files into the photoshop
plugins directory, again changing the ini file to reflect these new settings..
nothing.. Why the hell is this not working?!?

Incase I forget that I posted to this news group, could someone send me some
email perhaps??

PS.. could this have something to do with the Win32s16.dll??
