Zoom to 100 percent. If the discrepancy goes away, then what you are
seeing is caused inaccuracies in PhotoShop's preview for certain layer
blending modes.
Photoshop saves time by applying the blending mode to the scaled version of
each layer, instead of doing the blend first, then scaling. This causes
differences when the result of the blend mode depends on fine detail.

go into the effects palette, the top one is BLENDING OPTIONS and tick the
check box that says "blend effects as a group"
if that doesn't work
select all >>copy merged>file new> and "save as"
