What is the best software, or plug-in, to make a digital photo look
like a painting?

Thank you.

He He. After seeing Angela's preview's I thought there must be more to VP
than I first thought. When all else fall's read the help file's. Found how
to make the fine adjustments ect. The filter is not as pp as I thought,
actually quiet good.

Might want to take a look at Deep Paint, it is a heavy, powerful
proggy with more of a learning curve but may also be the best for
realistic painting.

It might also cost $250. I'd prefer it if you bought three
copies of PSP instead :)

Well, now you've gone and done it, I'm going to have to cook. You ever
try to make pierogies for one?
