Being the layman I am on this subject, I would say no, in every case.
You can't duplicate the paintbrush texture, and where applicable,
acrylic highlights, on a print, as compared to a original painting. In
other words, the print tends to look somewhat flatter.
And yes, I have seen it with my own two eyes :)
