What are you asking?
Do you have a server (free or otherwise) which will host your site?
Are you asking how to put the picture on the web page?
Are you asking how to get the web page up to the server?
All of the above?

Yes I have paid for my domain name and have a big empty page
,for two years[well not empty for two I hope]
I have designed a picture, photo/ graphic page which I would like to put up
there until I have worked out how to build a website,
I am using paint shop pro 7,and the wizard, just got a bit lost
thanks
Gea
You can probably just upload the picture to the server and view it online
without having to make an html page.
The URL would be:
http://www.YourDomainName/picture.jpg
Change the 'YourDomainName' to your real domain name and 'picture.jpg' to your
real picture name..
