Hello to you all. I have copied a vintage electrical meter dial, and
have partly restored it. There are a few sections where the paint and
along with it the detail have fallen off.

The font is very difficult to match so would like to select figures
from other places on the dial and copy to where needed. No trouble
there, however the details must comply to a curve, and I cannot "Tilt"
the selected image as I can with the Text option/tool. I've tried
fiddling with Vector and Raster to no avail.

I know the procedure will be simple! But not to me as you have
probably guessed, I'm no computer wizz!.

Thanks in advance.

Pete.

You can not rotate the selection in 6 but if you promote the selection to a
layer then you can move and rotate it. Use the deform tool if 6 Has one.
