Yes.
Lots of improvements over 6.5. The Table still sucks.
Many things work that did not before. It even feels smoother. <now that's
subjective!>

I've looked at the Adobe site and it didn't appear to have much of
anything new in it and most of the "upgrades" are things that could
already be done. Importing PDF files and Native AI/EPS files are the
first things that come to mind.

Using 6.5 I've always imported PDF files and AI/EPS files.

The only sell would be if it worked better on 2000 since that upgrade
will be coming for me and I've heard PageMaker doesn't behave well on
2000, which doesn't make sense since 2000 really is only NT4 Service
Pack 7. But, that's what I've heard.

Personally, I won't be upgrading to PM 7. And I work for a print shop
doing the prepress stuff 8 hours a day.

They improved its compatibility with modern OSs such as Windows 2000.
THAT's a core function.

It certainly doesn't sound like a whole number upgrade to me though.
There's certainly no sense that anything interesting got done that I
can see.

But you can only import one page at a time in 6.5 I think -- does 7.0
allow multiple page import? The Adobe site does not specify.
