PS Pro gone belly up

I have used Paintshop Pro 2018 since it came out without much trouble.
Suddenly the whole setup has changed and I want to get back, but cannot
find the way.
It was downloaded so I don't have a hard copy to uninstall/reinstall
although I do have my registration code.
I have emailed them without reply so far.
