Pick Object Selection/Highlight Issue

Hi All,

I'm wondering if I can ask for some assistance with an issue within
Alias.

A brief description of the issue is here:
The issue is with the "Pick object" tool within Alias - this tool
allows the designer to select a physical object in the 3D space
represented on screen.
The tool will bring up a list of objects to be selected but will NOT
have the first option in the list highlighted.
This is a major issue as the process of picking an object is performed
100s or 1000s of times a day and quite often the list will have up to
10 items in it.
We have a workaround of opening the pick object list and going to the
second object and then back to the first object to allow it to be
highlighted - but we are looking for a better solution. (e.g. have the
first object highlighted by default when the pick object list is
opened)
Does anyone on this group have an idea of what (if anything) can be
altered in the application to change this behaviour?
