Pages flipping in a book

[Learning]

Does anyone know a tutorial on how to animate a book opening up and the
pages flipping through it, or how to go about animating it? I think I'll end
up using blend shapes with "inbetween" on, but I'd like to know how to
properly do it for future reference. I'm assuming bones and ik chains?

Lately I am trying to work my way through a book by Maximillian Shonherr
called "Exploring Maya 4".

There is one tutorial I (that I actually haven't tried) that describes how
to easily model and animate a turning page.

I think you have to find the answer in rotating 2 lofted splines around the
pivot of the book's center back.

Actually a quite simple approach ey?
