Using Mouse Wheel inside QuarterWidget

I'm wondering if the zoom feature of QuarterWidget is not implemented
for mouse wheel or if you have to enable the QWidget to grab them.
Though mouse click&drag events are being processed properly.

setNavigationModeFile is also mysterious, because there is no
documentation which arguments you can pass to the function
