Looking for specific reference

Hi!

I am looking for the electronic version of the following paper:

Graphics in Overlapping Bitmap Layers, by Rob Pike
ACM Transactions on Graphics, April 1983, Vol 2, No 2.

I need it to code a windowing routine package that has overlapping windows
that are handled in a similar fashion as that of X Windows.

Is there perhaps someone out there who has a PostScript version of this paper?
Or would someone please be so kind as to send me a copy of the paper? I'll
pay for postage and such. Or, even better, if there is someone out there
who has access to a scanner could they perhaps scan the paper and mail it to
me? I'd greatly appreciate it. :)
