The wheel attaches to your desk. It also includes a brake and accelerating
pedal. What is cool is that when you let go of the wheel, it centers itself
again - so, you don't have to be left guessing on how many turns it takes to
get back to the middle.
Where the turn signals would be at on a real car, there is a paddle that you
can pull on both sides - this is programmable inside racing games. There are
also 4 buttons on the front of the wheel, and these too can be programmed
inside of various racing games (I have used it for car, boat and motorcycle
computer games).
Piece is in excellent condition. I paid $60-$70 for it.
