And where can I find it for free to be used in a University work.
Thanks a lot
Mary.
If you mean that tiny blackletter on the second page, it's much too
small to identify. Blackletter fonts are differentiated by tiny details
that simply can't be seen at that size.
If I were forced to guess, I'd say Canterbury or Carlings Light (They're
clones of each other).
Well I'm not forced to guess - I image-googled for "snoop dogg" cd and
found http://www.ramshorn.nl/shopgfx/6638.gif
It's not quite Carlings/Canterbury - the o's and g's have interior
verticals and there's a slightly different tail on the g.
SWFTE's Manuscript has the better g-tail, but there are no fonts with
that level of interior detail. I think it may have been added by the
cover designer.
Manuscript can be downloaded from
http://fonts.lordkyl.net/fonts.php?author=swft
(click on the sample text)
Or if for some reason that dl doesn't work, google for
SWFTE manuscript, or ask in alt.binaries.fonts
Canterbury/Carlings fotns are free and readily available; just google for
Canterbury font
and/or
Carlings font
