Planet Kosmos Font with Uppercase???

Hi.
I've been searching for ages, but to no avail. Does anyone know if there is
a version of Planet Kosmos font that contains upper case characters? I've
seen a few web sites that use such a font in their graphics, but don't know
if this is hand done with a paint program or if there is a rare version of
this font with upper case floating around.
Can some please help me or put me out of my missery.
Searched with google and Coppernic, this is my last hope (maybe)...

which is apparently the designer's page; at least it has this font on
it. However, the upercase here is just a duplicate of the lower case.
You could ask the designer, Mads Rydahl, if he/she has or wants to
make a new version.
