I think this quote on his site says what you need to know:
"All images, texts avaliable on the website are the property of Enric
Miralles Benedetta Tagliabue Embt Arquitectes Associats SL. No reproduction
of any kind is allowed without the written permission of the owner. All
rights reserved."

That 'font' looks like some drawn graphic that keeps being re-drawn as you
move closer to the words. The site concept is fascinating and effective, but
I doubt there's a font there in the usual sense.

If you're looking for a similar look why not consider the upper case part of
some of the engineering lettering fonts like Blueprint (Monotype), Stylus
(ITC) or Tekton (Adobe). These are shown in Part 6 of the Script Font ID
Guide at http://bowfinprintworks.com/Script06Pg9.html

Yes, Mike is right: you will find this stencil-type text on the architect's
drawings dating back into the late 80s/early 90s (I have an El Croquis
architectural journal here with it from 1991) - I think they were originally
hand-drawn and at some point were taken over to the computer. The flash file
contains just the word shapes - no clue to a font name.
