Small caps font for Helvetica or Arial

Anybody know where I can get one of these? This would have to be a version
where, for instance, a lower case "a" is a small caps "A", and an upper case
"A" is a full caps "A".

I don't know if either of those fonts exist in a "small caps"
version, but a freeware sans-serif font called "SF Old Republic"
does. You can download the whole set, or just the four small caps
versions, if you like, from this site:
