It's a custom design. The closest match you'll find commerically is probably Bitstream Galaxy (http://www.bitstream.com)

There is an oracle font on lsfonts.com search for oracle.

This font (Oracle) is a clone of the typewriter font Orator, and is not
related to the Oracle logo.
