Most likely it's a specially drawn logo and not a font existing as a
complete character set.
If you like to look around on the official site:
http://www.veuve-cliquot.com/ (requires entering your location and birth
date)
One good way of obtaining scaleable logos is to search for PDF documents
on the official site (in this case: search for "site:veuve-cliquot.com
format.pdf" in Google), but there are no such documents.

This appears to be very close to Atlantic 35 as displayed at Bowfin
Printworks. However, some letters in your sample are slightly more
narrow than seen at Bowfin.
I did not examine all 520 fonts that had the following characteristics
from your sample:
ball-end on upper arch of lower-case a
cross-bar on lower-case e is horizontal
A better search could be made if more of the following letters were
available: a, b, e, y, g, E, J, U, K, M, R, and W. See
<http://bowfinprintworks.com/SerifGuide/serifsearch.php> for the search
guide. Perhaps browsing through the Veuve Clicquot Web site might
uncover more use of their logo font and provide additional letters.
