You're not going to find ITC Conduit free of charge, but it may have shipped
with some products you may own. Or, you may be able to find some functional
equivalent that looks like it (at least close enough to what you need it
for...)

I just went to the ITC site. You can get the font for $21 per weight. Three
are six weights. Linotype might sell it as well.
As far as fonts like it, I'm sure you can find something out there. Just
depends on how close you need your font to be. Go to your search engine and
type in "free fonts" or "font archive" and you'll find a lot of freeware and
shareware fonts.
