running a screen reader called nvda in wine

Hello to all. I'm new to this list. I'm not good at building software. I was running wine on el capitan all updates applied. I'm also visually impaired so cannot see the screen. I was wondering if there were a way to make nvda which can be found at nvda-project.org run on wine. I tried and here is the output I got from my terminal.

Is this possible? I sure hope so. I know that there needs to be MSAA implementation but I'm not sure how to proceed from here to be able to get speech and stuff.
